When I was a kid I loved when my mom would make banana cream pie. Although hers never looked yummy like this!

This banana cream pie makes me so hungry.

I’ve been thinking about making banana cream pie for a while….this is a quick ,easy one. This pictures are making my mouth water.

These sugar cookie bars are perfectly coconutty, with a coconut cookie crust and a creamy coconut frosting too. So delicious! With a coconut sugar cookie base, coconut frosting and topped with shredded coconut these coconut sugar cookie bars are the perfect dessert for all coconut lovers! The sugar cookie base is made with coconut extract and coconut oil (instead of butter). And then the frosting is perfectly coconutty too with more coconut extract and lots of shredded coconut.
