I made these and they are so good !!!! Will have to make several batches for gift giving. They’re awesome!

Seriously, you need to make these easy buckeyes. They’re so good, so easy....so delish!


Ingredients
  • 1½ cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips or chocolate candy coating

These sugar cookie bars are perfectly coconutty, with a coconut cookie crust and a creamy coconut frosting too. So delicious! With a coconut sugar cookie base, coconut frosting and topped with shredded coconut these coconut sugar cookie bars are the perfect dessert for all coconut lovers! The sugar cookie base is made with coconut extract and coconut oil (instead of butter). And then the frosting is perfectly coconutty too with more coconut extract and lots of shredded coconut.
